Cooperation between Lenzing Plastics and Gruschwitz Tech-Twists

Lenzing Plastics and Gruschwitz Tech-Twists sign sales and develop cooperation for Lenzing PROFILEN® Fibers

The Austrian company Lenzing Plastics GmbH (Lenzing) and German twists specialist Gruschwitz GmbH Tech-Twists (Leutkirch) will be cooperating closely
in the future. The agreement signed in May concerns the Lenzing division PTFE Yarns and Fibers sold under the brand name Lenzing PROFILEN®. The cooperation aims to open up new markets and to provide customers of both companies with a wide range of services.

Both partners will be bringing their acknowledged expertise to the cooperation: Lenzing Plastics is an experienced manufacturer of PTFE Yarns and Fibers for diverse applications ranging from industrial uses to sports products, architecture and medical textiles. Gruschwitz Tech-Twits is a well-established yarn twists specialist whose products are used in many high-tech industries.

Since the demands made on technical textiles are permanently on the rise, partnerships offering wide-ranging market and technology know-how are becoming ever more significant. This development and sales cooperation benefits the customers of both companies. On the one hand through the
increased support with regard to product development and on the other through the additional opportunities it provides concerning the design and manufacture of Lenzing PROFILEN® PTFE Yarns.
