In the segment InduTech Gruschwitz develops technical twists and yarns for the mechanical engineering, chemical and electrical industries.

The possible applications range from tapes, ropes and filters to conductive textiles and cable reinforcements. Industrial textiles are characterized by high resilience and versatility.

Product example: High-performance yarns from Gruschwitz made from Dyneema© are processed into high-tech fishing lines. They are extremely thin, up to fifteen times more tear-resistant than steel and still float in the water. The same material is also used for resistant nets in fish farming, which limit large breeding tanks in the open sea.
